Incident Summary:

On November 11, 2017, The St Louis County Sheriff's Office, Rescue Squad and The Lakewood Volunteer Fire Department responded to a report of a female injured after falling from a deer stand. A 64 year old female called for herself, suspecting a broken femur after slipping on the metal portion of the stand, falling approximately 15 feet to the ground. She was transported by Gold Cross ambulance with non life threatening injuries.
