Incident Summary:

On October 20, 2017,  at approximately midnight, neighbors in the area of the 5100 block of Howard Gnesen Road in the City of Rice Lake called 911 to report a female in a blanket asking for help. A vehicle belonging to Chassie Lee was located approximately 1/2 mile north of the original 911 call. The vehicle had sustained major damage. Her cell phone was left in the vehicle with multiple missed calls. Lee was last seen walking south bound on the Howard Gnesen Road. Multiple agencies assisted with attempting to locate Lee including a K9, an aircraft and human trackers. She was last seen wearing a black zip up jacket, cream colored shirt, blue jeans, brown boots and a gray or blue blanket draped over her.
