Incident Summary: On September 14, 2017 Anthony Kozar was sentenced in St. Louis County Court Hibbing for aggravated sale of methamphetamine in the 1st degree. Kozar was sentenced to 122 months for the offense. Kozar was arrested by Members of the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force in March 2017 with a large quantity of methamphetamine and a firearm.
