Incident Summary:

St. Louis County Deputies and Floodwood Police responded to a single ATV crash in Fine Lakes Township around 1210 AM. The driver of the ATV, Baden, was airlifted to St. Luke's hospital in critical condition. The passenger, Braun, had minor injuries. The driver or passenger was not wearing a helmet and alcohol is considered to be a factor. The Sheriff's office would like to remind the public to always wear the proper safety equipment and to not drink and drive.
