Incident Summary:
On June 24th 2017, at approximately 0838 hours, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a report of a structure fire at 5603 Hwy 33, in Industrial Township. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the structure was an RV. Deputies on the scene were familiar with the property and the former tenant. After additional investigation deputies were able ensure the tenant no longer lived in the RV, and was located safe and in good health.
Several volunteer fire departments responded to extinguish the fire but the RV was a total loss. There were no signs of anyone occupying the RV. No one was occupying the property at the time of the fire and there were no reported injuries. The fire remains under investigation at this time.
