Incident Summary: On April 8th, 2017 at approximately 2:40 P.M. the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office along with members of the Evergreen Fire Department and Evergreen First responders were dispatched to an ATV accident that occurred in the 7800 Block of Hwy 25.  The operator of the ATV Kevin SANDNAS and passenger Katherine SANDNAS were traveling Northbound on the side of Hwy 25 along with a large group of riders who were participating in a Quad Cities ATV Club ride. The front tire of the ATV caught the shoulder of the road, which resulted in the ATV rolling over on its side ejecting Katherine from the ATV.  Katherine was transported by the Virginia Ambulance to the Essentia Health-Virginia Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
