Incident Summary:

At approximately 1900hrs on 2/12/2017 The body of Joel Costa and his vehicle were located on a rural road north of Duluth. Costa's cause of death is under investigation, and will be determined by the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office. No foul play is suspected in his death. The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the public's assistance in searching for Costa.
