Incident Summary:
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in a missing person's case. On February 11th Joel Costa was reported as a missing person. Costa, who is a member of the Minnesota National Guard, did not report for weekend drill duty on the morning of the 11th. Costa's last known location was at Lady Vi's Club in Superior, WI at approximately 11:30 pm, on Friday Feb 10th. Costa was also at Centerfold's Club, which is adjacent to Lady Vi's at approximately 10:45 pm. The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office is seeking information from anyone who may have spoke with Costa at these locations, or scene him leaving these locations. Costa was driving a 2010, dark grey, 4 door, Honda Accord with Minnesota license plate 768-DGT. If anyone has scene this vehicle or Costa please call the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office.
