Incident Summary: Law Enforcement and Medical Services were called to the 8200 Block of Mahnomen Road early Friday morning for an unresponsive 24-year-old male overdosing on heroin. Deputy Roger Smith arrived on scene and administered the Nasal Narcan (naloxone) spray. The male became responsive and was eventually transported to a local hospital for treatment. 

At the beginning of April 2016, Opioid Overdose Kits were issued to St. Louis County Sheriff's Office Patrol Deputies.
