Whether you’re a senior eligible for a waiver program or a new or expecting parent, our team is here to support you.
Across our four core departments—Home Care, Long Term Care, Family Health, and Community Health—we provide a wide range of services designed to improve health and well-being, including:
-
Home Care Services: Skilled nursing visits, home health aide support, homemaker services, and physical therapy.
-
Long Term Care: Case management, care coordination, and MnChoices assessments for those aged 65 and older.
-
Family Health: WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) nutrition program, parenting support, the Follow Along Program, breastfeeding and postpartum support, Child and Teen Checkups outreach, Family Home Visiting, and the Amazing Newborn Clinic.
-

As the warmer weather sets in and snowmelt or spring rains seep into the ground, it’s a crucial time to test your well water. Changing weather conditions can impact water quality, potentially introducing bacteria, nitrates, or other contaminants into your private well. Regular testing—especially in the spring—helps ensure your water is safe for drinking, cooking, and everyday use. If you haven’t tested your well water in the past year, now is a great time to do so for the health and safety of your household.
We offer tests for coliform bacteria, nitrate, nitrite nitrogen, arsenic, lead, manganese, and metals for a fee. Stop by our office to pick yours up today.
