Fare For All offers fresh produce and frozen meat at up to 40% off retail prices - and everyone is welcome to shop. The more people who participate, the better the deals get for everyone.
We’re excited to continue in 2025 with dates set throughout the year. Join us at the Richfield Community Center on select Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m.: January 14, February 25, March 25, April 22, May 20, June 24, July 29, August 26, September 23, October 21, November 18 and December 16.

Fresh produce, meats, flowers, baked goods, and more are welcome. One space is reserved for vendors supplying out-of-season produce. Just before the holidays, staff from across the city convened to celebrate and recognize their colleagues. This celebration recognized staff at their 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 AND 35 year milestones! Awards were also presented to staff who have done an exemplary job demonstrating city values and going the extra mile.
The bottom line is we appreciate the people we work with and have fun too. If you've been looking for a new adventure, take a look at our open positions! Don't see anything you're interested in? Check back in a few weeks, new positions are posted regularly!

Know where to place your waste by using the 2025 Garbage and Recycling service guide, which should be in mailboxes in the coming week! In the meantime, use the online guide for information on acceptable items, tips for cart maintenance, available services and more.
In case you missed it: Christmas tree pickups
Is your Christmas tree dried out, dropping needles and ready to go? Pack up your ornaments and plan for your tree removal.
All garbage haulers will be picking up Christmas trees from January 6 -17. The cost is $13.11 per tree and will be added to your bill. Residents do not need to have yard waste collection to use this service. Please contact your hauler directly via phone or email to schedule collection.
Trees should be left at the curb or alley for pick-up on your regular collection day. To ensure that your tree is picked up, do not wrap it in a bag and remove decorations such as wires, stands, ornaments and tinsel. Only natural, unpainted trees will be collected. Do not cut up your tree or put it in your yard waste cart.
Questions? We've got you! E-mail garbageandrecycling@richfieldmn.gov for more information.
