City of Richfield Snow Emergency Declared |

Snow Emergency declared from 12 p.m. Sunday, through 12 p.m. on Monday
The City of Richfield has declared a Snow Emergency, effective at 12 p.m. on Sunday, March 24 and lasting until 12 p.m. on Monday, March 25.
A Snow Emergency is declared when 4 inches of snow has fallen or upon designation by the city manager. Plows will be out beginning this afternoon, and throughout the next two days to clear streets of snow, slush and ice and to keep conditions safe.
During the Snow Emergency:
- On-street parking is prohibited. Vehicles must be moved off the streets beginning at noon on Sunday.
- If you need a place to park your car, Richfield has Snow Emergency Parking Areas designated on the east and southeast sides of town (see map below).
- Place trash containers behind the curb line, not in the street.
