Funding opportunity: COVID-19 Recovery and response activities
The Bloomington Public Health Division is funding community-led solutions to reduce the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and to help communities recover. The COVID-19 pandemic impacted communities of all backgrounds and ages. The impacts have extended to the social determinants of health and well-being that include education, job opportunities, income, housing, and more. While many of these impacts have occurred regardless of race, ethnicity and income, the pandemic has intensified preexisting disparities.
Public Health will distribute funds across two program areas: community-based recovery activities and COVID-19 vaccine activities. Projects must serve one or more of the following cities: Bloomington, Edina or Richfield, Minnesota. Deadline for applications is July 20.
