Woodlawn Terrace secures its future
Until recently, most Richfield residents were unaware that the city was home to a manufactured home community, better known as a mobile home park. Woodlawn Terrace, a 5-acre site with spaces for 53 units, is located on Lyndale Avenue between 74th and 75th Streets.
And, on December 30, 2021, the park officially came under new ownership.
The new owners are local. In fact, they are the 30 residents who currently live at the park and now make up the Woodlawn Terrace Cooperative.

In case you missed it....
Shout out to the Richfield Dual Language School! The students raised more than $7,500 for Ukraine with their coin drive. Now, isn't that a perfect example of what makes the "Urban Hometown" a great place to live, learn, work and visit? Great job, kids!
