The Minnesota Department of Revenue has made it easier for you to request sales and use tax refunds and file amended returns.

 

Effective immediately, you no longer need to file different forms to request each type of refund. All refund requests are now filed on one form, the revised Form ST11, Sales and Use Tax Refund Request and Multiple Period Amended Return.
