Revenue’s telephone file and pay system is being discontinued on April 21, 2021. You can still file and pay by phone until then.  Any payments scheduled after April 20 will not be processed.

How can I file and pay my taxes?

Other methods to file returns and make payments can be found by visiting our Options to File and Pay webpage.

Why is the telephone file and pay system being discontinued?

The ongoing COVID-19 situation provides a unique opportunity as people are more comfortable working online.

The decision was also due to other factors, including the upgraded usability of our online systems, including e-Services. Our upgraded systems allow us to serve you more quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively than the telephone file and pay system.
