Second Quarter Sales and Use Tax returns are due July 20, 2020. You must file a return even if you are reporting $0 in tax. If you have already filed your return, please disregard this message.

You may ask us to cancel or reduce penalties and interest for late filing or payment if you have a reasonable cause or are negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. You may have reasonable cause when the late filing or payment is due to circumstances beyond your control including unforeseen disasters or hardships, such as severe weather, fire, flood, explosion, theft, or arson that result in losing your home, your business, or your records.


You may request this relief, called an abatement, after we notify you of a penalty. See
