Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) Now Available in e-Services

The Minnesota Department of Revenue launched a new way to create and submit Certificates of Rent Paid (CRPs) in e-Services.

 

Property owners and managing agents who are registered in e-Services as a business now have the option to bulk upload renter information and submit CRPs to Revenue electronically.

 

What are the benefits of using this new tool in e-Services?

Using the e-Services system to create and submit CRPs will allow property owners and managing agents the ability to better manage and provide CRPs to tenants. Property owners and managing agents will be able to:

• Create and print CRPs from an uploaded file
• Bulk upload CRP information
• Search for and reprint CRPs quickly and easily
• Update a completed CRP

Who can use the new tool?

This new option is only available for registered e-Services users. We plan to make this option available to all property owners and managing agents in the future.
