Many of your clients may have filed for their Homestead Credit Refund or Renter’s Property Tax Refund when they filed their income tax returns with you.

Remind your clients that they should contact us if they move or change their bank account before we issue their refund.

If your client chose direct deposit for their refund and their bank account changed, contact us to remove their direct deposit information from the return. We will send them a refund check instead.

If your client did not choose direct deposit and their address changed call us at 651-296-3781 or 1-800-652-9094 (toll free) to update their address. We may be able to mail the refund check to their new address. Updating your client’s address also ensures they will receive any letters we send.
