Do you file an annual return for a business?

Log in to e-Services now to ensure you can log in before your annual return is due for Minnesota Withholding, Sales, and/or Use Tax.

Although you have until the due date to file your return, it is beneficial to log in to e-Services ahead of time. If you have any difficulty with two-step verification, you will have time to resolve issues before filing and paying taxes.

Advice for e-Services Users

Verification code emails: Internal servers and security settings of your business may delay or even prevent you from receiving verification emails. If your business has such email filters, make sure to add eservices-code.mdor@state.mn.us as a trusted email address. Contact your computer support area or email provider for assistance. Please allow up to five minutes to receive your code.

Verification code text messages: In addition to your email address, providing a cell phone number to receive your verification code by text message gives you an alternative option for verification email. Please allow up to five minutes to receive your code.

Logging in after hours: Our contact centers are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. If you are having trouble logging in to your account after hours, you will need to wait until our contact centers are open to receive assistance.

Remember my computer: If you select the box on the login page labeled "Remember my computer," you do not need to re-enter a verification code. A new verification code will only be required if you:

  • Log in with a computer that had never logged in to the account before.
  • Switched browsers or the cookies were deleted.

Two-step verification is a security method routinely used by banks and credit card companies. As technology continues to advance, we will continue to improve our security features to keep your confidential information safe. We do not use your verification email or text contact information for any other purpose.
