2019 Minnesota Withholding Tax Materials Now Available

The Minnesota Department of Revenue updated the following withholding tax materials to assist you with tax year 2019:
- Minnesota Income Tax Withholding Instruction Booklet
- Minnesota Withholding Tax Tables
- Form W-4MN
- Form MWR
You can also get additional forms and instructions on our website.
What has changed for 2019?
- We enhanced our e-Services system to accept W-2 and 1099 submissions up to 30 megabytes.
- You can electronically submit Form W-2c to us using e-Services.
- Due to federal tax law changes, we suggest that employees complete a new Form W-4MN to correctly determine their Minnesota withholding allowances. The requirements for submitting Forms W-4MN to us have not changed.
