2019 Cigarette Tax and Cigarette Sales Tax Rates

For sales on or after January 1, 2019, the:

• Excise Tax on cigarettes remains 15.2 cents per cigarette
• Sales Tax on cigarettes will be 58.8 cents per pack of 20 cigarettes (for packages with a different quantity, adjust tax proportionally)
