Quarterly Return and Deposit Due Dates

  • The Minnesota quarterly withholding tax return is due October 31, 2018, for the third quarter (July-September 2018).
  • Deposits were due according to your semi-weekly or monthly deposit schedule. If you withheld $1,500 or less of Minnesota withholding tax in the second quarter (April-June 2018), your deposit is due October 31, 2018.
