Countdown to Next PRISM Submissions:  168 days

Thanks to all the counties for your hard work on PRISM Submissions 2 and 4!

Looking ahead, we have posted the upcoming PRISM 8.0 schema and file layout, which will go into effect on January 2, 2019. Please note that no submissions using the 7.10 schema will be accepted after this date.

PRISM Submissions 1 and 3 are due April 1, 2019. We encourage you to submit files using PRISM testing IDs before you submit your final data. We plan for testing to open on March 1, 2019.

Recent PRISM Updates

• As part of the new Interactive Property Tax Data (Beta Test) tool, Revenue website users are now able to see summary reports for approved PRISM Submission 2 files.

Submission Guidelines

PRISM files are submitted through the Virtual Room. Submit your PRISM file using the Compressed_PRISM file submission room.

To request a new Virtual Room login, please email VR_Support@state.mn.us. We ask that each person submitting files to PRISM have their own login.
