National Payroll Week – New levy account in e-Services

The Minnesota Department of Revenue has added a new Levy Account to our e-Services system. We developed the Levy Account based on customer feedback.
What is the Levy Account?
The Levy Account makes it easier for employers and banks to manage levies they receive. You can use this account to:
- View levy balances on your employees or bank customers, if applicable.
- Submit levy disclosures or payments.
- Add access for filing, paying, or viewing levies to appropriate account managers and third-party access users.
We will create a Levy Account for the e-Services Master the first time we issue a wage or bank levy.
How do I open the Levy Account?
- Login to e-Services.
- Select the Levy link from the Accounts tab.
- If you have both bank and wage levies, review the Filing Frequency column for the appropriate type.
Note: If you do not see Levy under the Accounts tab, your e-Services Master will need to grant you access.
