Near Final 2018 Minnesota Income, Business, and Fiduciary Tax Forms Have Been Posted

 

Since the end of the 2018 Legislative Session, the Minnesota Department of Revenue has been working to update the state tax filing systems for taxpayer use in 2019, including updates to Minnesota tax forms. 

 

We have posted near final 2018 Minnesota income, business, and fiduciary tax forms on our website.

 

Near final forms are drafts and should not be used to file returns. There may be additional changes to these forms, including sections that reference federal tax forms. These near final forms are for reference only.
