eCRV Users,

A memo has recently been sent out by the eCRV Program to the assessor, auditor, and treasurer offices in your county. Guidance and clarification was provided regarding what "consideration" means for eCRV filing requirements. For the purpose of eCRV filing, consideration shall mean only money that is exchanged at the time of sale and/or agreed to in a legal contract.
