Political Contribution Refund program suspended
Due to a recent law change, Minnesota’s political contribution refund program has been suspended as of July 1, 2015.

Can I get a refund for contributions made on or before June 30, 2015?
 Yes. You can apply for a refund for political contributions you made from January 1 to June 30, 2015. Contributions made after June 30, 2015, are not eligible for a refund.

How do I apply for a refund?
 To apply, complete 2015 Form PCR, Political Contribution Refund Application. You must apply by April 18, 2016.

Can I get a refund for contributions made after July 1, 2015?
 No. Under the this year’s law change, the Political Contribution Refund will not be available for contributions made from July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2017.
