2025 RAMSEY COUNTY TAX ASSESSMENTS

Tax Assesments

The 2025 Certified Tax Statements were mailed March 20, 2025 and should have already reached your mailbox. If you have questions or would like to appeal your property classification or current year’s estimated market value, please contact the Ramsey County's Assessor's Office to discuss your concerns.

The County Assessor's Office estimates market value and determines property classification, which is used to determine your annual property taxes. On-site property inspections are conducted by Ramsey County Appraisers in accordance with Minnesota statutory requirements.  Throughout the year, Ramsey County appraisers will make on-site and in-person inspections to maintain and improve data quality, integrity, and consistency. The office’s mission is to provide accurate and equitable valuation and classification of all real and taxable personal property located in Ramsey County.
