Tree Trust Winter Career Fair
Tree Trust is hosting a career fair for job-seekers to apply for paid training in tree care and landscaping for ages 18-28 and a youth employment program for ages 14-21. The fair will also include:
- Big Ideas Career Lab Semi Truck: Try virtual reality simulations of skilled trades, including crane operation, cargo securement and CAT excavation.

The Virtual Job Club
Virtual Job Club features five rotating topics and provides an opportunity for job seekers to learn and practice important job skills. While interacting with peers, job seekers will stay motivated and know that they’re not alone.
Job Club is held on Monday’s at 1 p.m.
Monthly sessions include:
- Career Direction: Assessments and Job Searching Tips.
- Creating Resumes that Generate Interviews.
- Networking for the Reluctant Job Seeker.
- Interviewing Success.
- Job Search.
- Open Forum.
Access to a computer or smart phone, and a valid email is required to attend. This is not a required series. Attend all sessions or choose individually to match your needs.

Minnesota Help Me Connect helps pregnant and parenting families with young children (birth to age 8) connect to services in their local communities that support healthy child development and family well-being.
Help Me Connect’s mission is to connect families with resources that support the diverse needs of children and families across the state of Minnesota, especially those experiencing racial, economic and geographic disparities. Resources and services available promote healthy prenatal and early childhood development, education, safety and well-being of children and families.
This is a joint initiative between Minnesota's Departments of Education, Health and Human Services and the Governor’s Children’s Cabinet.
