I've been working with advocates on a legislative proposal to transform Minnesota's early care and learning system into one that is accessible and affordable for families while providing better wages for the professionals that help shape young children's brains.
The proposal will be heard in the House Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee on Thursday, and I have offered to testify in support of it. You can find a link to the committee home page here, and a link to the Great Start MN webpage with more information about the proposal (and an opportunity to take action!) here.
