Ramsey County has launched the new Job Connect online job board to connect residents and employers during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. This employment platform is the latest tool integrated within the county’s economic development website, RamseyCountyMeansBusiness.com, which provides business development resources and incentives.

Ramsey Connected is an initiative designed to ensure all Ramsey County residents have access to low-cost internet and computers and the skills to use them.

Ramsey County believes internet access is a basic need and low-cost internet should be available to all residents. While Ramsey County is not an internet service provider, we serve as a promoter, connector and partner through our Ramsey Connected program.

Truth in Taxation Hearing

A public hearing on the proposed 2023 supplemental budget and property tax levy will take place on November 28th at 6:30 pm at the Roseville Library.

Apply to serve on the Metropolitan Council or the Metropolitan Council Nominating Committee

Governor Walz is currently receiving applications for people interested in serving as members of the Metropolitan Council and as members of the Nominating Committee who will review applications and recommend candidates to the Governor.

Council members serve 4-year terms, concurrent with the governor’s term of office.

To apply, please email Gov.Appointments@state.mn.us for Metropolitan Council district application instructions or information about applying to serve on the Nominating Committee.

Application materials are due by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 29.
