The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to vote on the county's 2023 supplemental budget and 2023 property tax levy at its regularly scheduled meeting on Dec. 13.

A free 10th anniversary celebration of the 2012 Union Depot building restoration will take place at 3 p.m. on Dec. 3. There will be giveaways and music as well as the annual Holiday Tree Lighting and movie night.

Landmark Center Holiday Bazaar returns
The 44th Annual Landmark Center Old-Fashioned Holiday Bazaar returns in person this December featuring more than 65 local artisans. The Saint Paul tradition runs through Dec. 3. Additional holiday events and concerts will be held throughout the month.

The Ramsey County Library in Maplewood will close for an interior renovation on Dec. 5 with an anticipated reopening date planned for fall 2023.
The Maplewood library lobby and Service Center will be available for the following services:
- Career Lab services on Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. through Dec. 15.
- Library hold pickups Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. through Dec. 30.
- The Maplewood Service Center will remain open through Jan. 6.
- During the closure, the Maplewood Service Center will have a satellite location at the Maplewood Mall.
- Assistance is also available at the Roseville Service Center and Downtown Saint Paul Service Center, which recently moved to an expanded space offering additional services.
