discover the Riverview Corridor
The Riverview Corridor project recently launched an interactive comment mapping tool. This web-based tool will allow users to view the planned streetcar route and stops, historical areas and other key features in the Riverview Corridor. Users can pin comments or questions at select spots along the corridor and also review, like or dislike, and respond to comments posted throughout the map.
Our team is seeking your help and input! We want you to share with us the rich history and hidden gems in the Riverview Corridor. Tell us what you like about the corridor, why your neighborhood is unique and how transit improvements can support the neighborhood while enhancing its future.
Use the comment panel on the left-hand side of the page to add a comment to the interactive map. This interactive map is a two-way communication tool checked regularly by the project team. Check back often for responses related to your post from the project team or other corridor users.

Lexington Parkway Reconstruction
Lexington Parkway will be extended from West 7th Street to Shepard Road in Saint Paul. This is the second phase of work to redesign and reconstruct Lexington Parkway near West 7th Street, improving safety and traffic flow while creating a clearer connection to the Mississippi River.
The first phase realigned Lexington Parkway away from the intersection at West 7th Street and Montreal Avenue, curving it adjacent to the new Lexington Landing development to intersect West 7th Street opposite Elway Street. Phase Two will build upon the phase one realignment and connect Shepard Road to Adrian Street by reconstructing the existing Elway Street. The current intersection of Montreal and Elway will be reconstructed to a mini-roundabout and a trail will be constructed on both sides of the new roadway, providing a more direct connection to local trails.
Preliminary engineering is underway and construction is scheduled to begin in 2022. More information on Phase Two of the Lexington Parkway reconstruction project, including an informational video, can be found at: www.ramseycounty.us/LexingtonExtension
