COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Available Tuesday, April 20

Minnesotans ages 18 and older are invited to sign up to get their Moderna vaccine
(2 dose series) tomorrow.

Before scheduling

• Make sure you are available between May 15 and May 17 for your second dose.
• Do NOT come to the clinic if you have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
• Do NOT come to the clinic if you have a fever or don’t feel well.

What you need for your appointment

• You will be required to wear and mask and social distance from others.
• You need to confirm your first name, last name, date of birth and home address.
• You do NOT need to provide an ID.
• You do NOT need to have medical insurance.

What to expect after your appointment​

• Plan to sit for at least 15 minutes of observation after you receive your vaccine. If you have allergies, you will need to sit for at least 30 minutes.
