Early voting has started! All eligible voters in Ramsey County can vote by mail, in person, or by agent in the November 3rd general election.
Voting by mail is safe, easy and convenient. If you have not already, you can still request your ballot for the general election.
Ramsey County voters may vote in-person, regardless of their home address by using an absentee ballot at the three locations below. Ballots do not need to be requested in advance.

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- New Brighton Community Center
Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Ramsey County Library – Roseville
Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Voted by mail and changed your mind? The Elections Office will replace your ballot.

1,4-Dioxane was detected at the Water Gremlin site earlier in 2020. This chemical can have health impacts when ingested at certain levels in the water supply. MDH reached out to residents with private wells in the Gem Lake area near Water Gremlin to offer private testing. A report is now available with information regarding those testing results:
