2018 Popular Annual Financial Report available

Ramsey County’s 2018 Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is now available.

The digital PAFR report helps residents, business representatives, partners and other stakeholders learn more about Ramsey County's financial information.

Volunteer with SOS and make a difference in the community

SOS Sexual Violence Services is looking for volunteers to staff their 24-hour crisis line on nights and weekends. Training is provided. 

SOS volunteer responsibilities may include:

  • Answering the 24-hour crisis line on nights and weekends.
  • Providing information, support and advocacy for victims, survivors, their families, friends and other concerned persons.
  • Accompanying victims/survivors during medical outreach at Regions, St. Joseph's, St. John's and United Hospitals, providing crisis support and medical advocacy.

Summertime fun is in full swing at county libraries, parks, beaches and golf courses! Get out, or venture inside, to take advantage of what the county has to offer:


Absentee voting open for the District 1 county commissioner

Absentee voting began on June 28 for the Aug. 13 special primary for the election for County Commissioner District 1. This seat serves the communities of Arden Hills, Gem Lake, North Oaks, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Township and parts of Mounds View, Spring Lake Park and Blaine.

The two candidates who receive the most votes in the Aug. 13 primary will be on the ballot for the Nov. 5 general election.
