The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to vote on the county's 2019 supplemental budget Dec. 11.

Ramsey County’s household hazardous waste collection site accepts holiday string lights and electrical cords.
Christmas trees, wreaths and greenery can be brought to county yard waste collection sites that accept trees and branches, where they will then be mulched.

On Nov. 20, the board of commissioners advanced a development proposal from AECOM for the Riverfront Properties site in downtown Saint Paul.
The proposal features four towers with office and residential space and street-level retail, entertainment and hospitality. It increases access to the Mississippi River from downtown through a land bridge extension over Shepard Road and integration with Saint Paul’s proposed River Balcony.
