Election Day is Nov. 6. Polling places in Ramsey County will be open from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. on Election Day.
Early voting available this weekend
Twelve early voting locations are open to Ramsey County residents through Nov. 5. You may visit the most convenient location for you, regardless of where you live!
All locations will be open Saturday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The Plato location will be open Sunday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Ramsey County property owners will receive their 2019 Proposed Property Tax Notices in mid-November. The notice estimates the amount of property taxes owners will pay in 2019 if the county, cities, school districts and other taxing jurisdictions approve their respective budget proposals.
A public hearing on the county's final proposed 2019 supplemental budget will be held Monday, Nov. 26 in the Red Cap Room at Union Depot. An open house will begin at 6 p.m. followed by a presentation and public comments at 6:30 p.m.

Expensive utility bills and heating system repairs can be a difficult financial burden for many homeowners. The Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) has partnered with Ramsey County to offer an Energy Conservation Deferred Loan. The loan is zero percent interest, has no monthly payments and is forgiven if the homeowner stays in their home for 10 years.
