Tamarack Nature Center Redevelopment Open House

An open house will be held Tuesday, Jan. 26 from 6-7:30 p.m. to discuss planned redevelopment at Tamarack Nature Center. Staff will be available to answer questions about the project.

Planned improvements include additional parking and pathway access to the main building, trails and Discovery Hollow Nature Play Area. Additional parking will be added for general visitors, visitors to the Discovery Hollow Nature Play Area and bus parking for school and community groups.

 These site developments are part of the Tamarack Nature Center master plan and are needed to replace aging infrastructure, address safety concerns and accommodate recent growth in nature center use, as well as address anticipated future needs.
