The Boulevard Project
Just off Bass Lake Road and I-494, this 75-acre former Prudential Financial campus site will be home to a mixed-use redevelopment called The Boulevard. The Prudential building was demolished last year, and work is currently underway to build out the public streets; streetlights; and curb and gutter.
The Boulevard project, led by co-developers Scannell Properties and Roers Companies, will include mixed retail, waterfront dining, grocery, med-tech offices, residential units and a large park with nature trails and greenspace. The city park is slated for construction in 2027. Learn more about The Boulevard.
Summit Orthopedics
Summit Orthopedics broke ground in October 2024, becoming the first project underway at The Boulevard. The 78,000-square-foot building will include an ambulatory surgery center, clinic space, physical therapy and hand therapy, bracing and orthotics, MRI and CT imaging services, and orthopedic urgent care.
Coborn’s Market & Table
A prototype for the store, the first Coborn’s Market & Table is being built in the northwest corner of The Boulevard. This store will have a focus on fresh produce, locally grown and made products, and meal ready solutions for any time of day.
This location will also feature retail outlets, such as a bakery, café, restaurant, dry cleaner or other outlets, which have yet to be announced. The liquor store is expected to open in January and the grocery store is expected to open in February.
Belterra at the Boulevard
The first of four planned residential buildings, Belterra at the Boulevard is expected to break ground this fall and be complete in 2027. The apartment building will feature 207 units.
Chase Bank
The city has received a building permit application for Chase Bank, which is currently under review. Chase Bank hopes to break ground this fall along Bass Lake Road.
