 Plymouth Blvd Landscaping Project Update
Construction has begun on Phase 2 of the improvements on Plymouth Boulevard from Highway 55 to Rockford Road. This phase focuses on landscaping, placemaking, and streetscape enhancements that build upon the roadway improvements completed last year.
During construction, lane shifts and flagging will be used to maintain vehicle access; however, motorists should expect occasional delays while traveling through the corridor. On-street parking will also be restricted in active work areas.
Substantial completion is expected by the end of November 2025, with final completion anticipated in spring 2026.
