Vendor Spotlight: Sheepy Hollow
Anne Leck, owner and operator of Sheepy Hollow, has been selling lamb products at local farmers markets since 2003. Each lamb is raised from birth on her farm in Maple Plain, where it is fed hay, oats and corn – all grown on-site. Animal care is handled entirely by farm staff, with the exception of annual shearing.
Sheepy Hollow has earned a loyal following, with hundreds of repeat customers praising the quality of the lamb.
Market shoppers can visit Sheepy Hollow each week for frozen cuts of lamb, mutton and frozen lamb bratwurst.
