 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project Update
Phase 1 of the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project is expected to be complete (except for the final layer of pavement) by the end of August. The roadway is currently open to two-way traffic between Zachary Lane/East Medicine Lake Boulevard and the west entrance of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. Roadway shoulders will remain closed in Phase 1 as the contractor continues work behind the curb.
Phase 2 of the project is closed to through traffic from the Armstrong High School east entrance to Kilmer Lane. During this phase, Plymouth Middle School can be accessed by taking Lancaster Lane (south of Rockford Road) to Pilgrim Lane.

Construction Schedule
Below is a summary of construction activities for this week and a preview of planned work for next week. Please note that all schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions.
This Week - Week of August 18
The contractor is planning to work on Saturday, August 23 and Sunday August 24 if weather permits.
Kilmer Lane will be closed between 35th Avenue and 36th Avenue on Friday, August 22 and on Monday August 25.

- Topsoil installation and seeding
- Concrete bus stop landings and pedestrian ramps
Phase 2
- Concrete sidewalk construction near Plymouth Middle School
- Additional layers of road pavement
- Ongoing private utility work
