 Phase 3 Chankahda Trail Project Update
Stage 1B – Niagara Lane up to and including Cheshire Parkway
Chankahda Trail is closed from Niagara Lane to Dallas Lane. (View the attached map for closure details.) Chankahda Trail is open to business and local traffic between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane.
Below is a summary of construction activities for this week and a preview of planned work for next week. Please note schedules are subject to weather conditions. Email updates will continue to keep you informed.
This Week - Week of August 18
- Installation of signage, retaining wall fence, topsoil, and seed between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane
- Roadway and trail subgrade installation between Niagara Lane and Cheshire Parkway
Looking Ahead - Week of August 25
- Roadway and trail subgrade installation between Niagara Lane and Cheshire Parkway
- Storm sewer and stormwater pond construction between Niagara Lane and Cheshire Parkway
