 Phase 3 Chankahda Trail Project Update
Stage 1B – Niagara Lane up to and including Cheshire Parkway
Chankahda Trail is closed from Niagara Lane up to and including the Cheshire Parkway intersection. (View the attached map for closure details.) Also, Chankahda Trail is open to business and local traffic between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane.
Below is a summary of construction activities for this week and a preview of planned work for next week. Please note schedules are subject to weather conditions. Email updates will continue to keep you informed.
This Week - Week of August 4
Looking Ahead - Week of August 11
- Installation of pedestrian flasher, curb ramps, and traffic signage between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane
- Removal of existing roadway pavement, traffic signs, and fencing between Niagara Lane and Cheshire Parkway
- Installation of storm sewer between Niagara Lane and Cheshire Parkway
