The City of Plymouth outdoor Farmers Market is open 2-6 p.m. each Wednesday through Oct. 1 at Parkers Lake Playfield, 15500 County Road 6.

Vendor Spotlight: Bake!
Sue Gergen, owner of Bake!, joins the market this year selling baked goods free of gluten, eggs and soy, including several dairy-free options as well. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Sue has a degree in Baking and Pastry Management and loves watching people’s reactions when they sample her culinary creations – “such joy for them and for me!”
In business since 2023, Bake! can be found at multiple markets in the area including Maple Grove, Champlin and Golden Valley. Visit the Bake! booth at the Plymouth Farmers Market through Aug. 6.
Products: Baguettes, focaccia, cheese bread, pretzel bites, pretzel buns, soft dinner rolls, French rolls, sweet and savory breads, cakes, pancake mix, muffins, donuts, dessert bars, brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, cupcakes and more.

Reminders while at the market: Animals are not allowed, with the exception of service dogs. The market begins promptly at 2 p.m. and no early purchases are allowed. Some vendors offer credit card payments, but please bring cash for those who do not.
SNAP/EBT Program
Shoppers who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) can use their EBT cards at the City Market booth to purchase tokens, which can then be used to purchase eligible items from participating vendors.
