 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project Update
Below is a summary of construction activities for this week and a preview of planned work for next week. Please note that schedules may shift due to weather. Weekly updates will continue to keep you informed.
This Week - Week of June 30 (No work is planned on July 4)
Mission Area:
- Topsoil and vegetation restoration
- Residents should turn on their irrigation systems to water as needed and confirm that any previously repaired irrigation are working properly
- Private utility relocations
Seven Greens/Silverthorne Area:
- Damaged curbs will be removed and replaced
- Patch asphalt
- Private utility relocations
6th Avenue:
- Seeding the disturbed soil
- Residents should turn on their irrigation systems to water as needed and confirm that any previously repaired irrigation are working properly
Carlson Parkway, between I-494 and County Road 61:
- Installing the signal conduits/wires within roadway
- Installing first layer of asphalt
- Private utility relocations
Carlson Parkway, between Minnetonka Border and I-494:
- Utility work (water shutdowns expected, see note in "additional information" section below)
- Private utility relocations
Looking Ahead - Week of July 7
Mission Area:
- Some additional curb removal and replacement

- Finish installing base layers of asphalt

Additional Information
Water Outage Notice – Carlson Parkway, Minnetonka Border and I-494
Some properties in the Carlson Parkway area will experience a 6-8 hour water outage during utility replacement work. Affected owners will receive a paper notice with additional details and anticipated outage times for each property.
Note about newly poured concrete
Newly poured concrete curb and gutter should not be driven on for 7 days.
