 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project Update
Phase 1 of the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project is underway. The roadway is closed from Zachary Lane/East Medicine Lake Boulevard to the east entrance of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School through mid-summer.

- Street grading to prepare for curb and gutter

Looking Ahead to the Week of May 26
Note: No work will take place on Monday, May 26 due to the Memorial Day holiday.
- Street grading and private utility work continues
- Concrete curb and gutter installation will begin this week
Driveway access: Properties with driveway access on 36th Avenue will not be able to utilize their driveway for up to 7 days while the concrete is curing. Property owners will be notified in advance of this work.
Nightly Bridge Closures
The Minnesota Department of Transit plans to close the 36th Avenue bridge over Highway 169 nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Project Overview
The City of Plymouth is improving roads, trails and utilities along 36th Avenue between Kilmer Lane and Zachary Lane/East Medicine Lake Blvd. Work will occur spring through fall 2025 in two phases:
