 Station 73 TRIP project open house set for May 29
The City of Plymouth is set to host an open house about the upcoming Station 73 TRIP project 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 29 in the Medicine Lake Room of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd.
The project impacts the area of County Road 73 and Highway 55 and will include full closure of Highway 55 between Revere Lane and West Medicine Lake Drive beginning in June.
At the open house, attendees can stop by at any time to meet the project team, ask questions and view final design plans and construction phasing.
About the Project
A significant project involving roadway, transit, trail and utility improvements is slated to begin this summer in the area of Highway 55 and County Road 73. Known as Station 73 TRIP, the project will include a full closure of Highway 55 in June 2025. The City of Plymouth has partnered with Hennepin County, Three Rivers Park District, the Metropolitan Council and the Minnesota Department of Transportation to complete the project, which is slated to continue through fall 2026.
